Accelerating the transaction of Wacoal Online Shop (WOS) & enriching digital assets of Wacoal Indonesia Facebook & Instagram Shopping

SOLUTION

We identified Wacoal issues by helping them review their website and feeds first, to ensure the journey transaction is comfortable enough to its consumer and solving their automated feeds issue to be connected automatically with the commerce manager hence the feeds can be used both for social media shopping (FB & IG Shopping) and catalog advertisements.

Accelerating strategy ads using combining audiences by making different segments and types of audience based on interesting, demography, similar/look alike based on different sources and running multiple various banners mixing video.

RESULT

Wacoal Online Shop ran from March 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022, and targeted the majority of women in Indonesia between the ages of 18-35 years old. Wacoal earned the following results:
